We are a family owned and operated business here at Xtreme Motorworks. We have taken our years of racing, riding and wrenching to open up one of the premier power sport shops in the country. We are excited to handle all of your needs and look forward to seeing you at our shop!
Steven has been running the family 76 Gas station for the past ten years while doing custom fabrication on the side. From (what years?), he built custom snowmobile chassis for Vanamburg Enterprises, and is more than qualified to do all kinds of fab work; including welding, tube bending, sheet metal, etc. He was a stunt rider for Downtown Harley-Davidson , he also raced RMSHA snowmobile hillclimbs professionally for 7 years. He not only helped build, but raced as well, the Xtreme Motorworks rock buggy with Larry Gipson in the famous, King of the Hammers off-road race. Specialized in custom motor swaps, he is currently installing a turbo charged 400hp Yamaha Nytro sled motor into a Raptor 700 chassis and is looking to have the fastest hill shooter in the world! He had the fastest sled at the 2010 Baker Shootout on his 400hp Yamaha Nytro/Polaris IQR sled and attempted a world record snowmobile water jump that resulted with him crashing 130ft out!
Willie Peterson has been working as a tech in the power sport industry for 11 years now. Willie is helping lead the way with his turbo charged quads using Impulse Turbo systems on the Raptor 700.
Majoring in auto mechanics in college, Stan Peterson owned and operated a repair shop at our service station for 15 years. He has been going to the Oregon dunes ever since the first 3-wheeler was introduced. Known for his extreme snowmobile riding, he was also part of JSD Racing in the ’90s, as his 215hp Rotax snowmobile powered quad was the fastest in the country!
